Why do we have to clean bags?
Many people asked us why do we need to keep our accessories clean, reason is because of hygine purposes, you cannot imagine how dirty(germs, bacteria, mold) it is even thou it doesn't look dirty with our naked eyes.

Will my used bag look new after cleaning?
We prefer the words Clean & Fresh instead of New, as these words are more realistic (compared to New) after a good clean. Reason is because common wear & tear marks are usually viewed as stains.

Why not dry clean my branded bags? Isn't it easier, faster & cheaper?
MyBagSpa practice wet cleaning for all types of material instead of dry cleaning to prevent toxic build up on your skin when you use it. Moreover, dry cleaning can never achieve the level of cleanliness we strived to produce on every item we receive. Hand Cleaning methods is the only way to go for us.

Does cleaning harm my items?
MyBagSpa endeavors to ensure customers with a level of confidence that our cleaning process will neither harm the environment nor the items that are undergoing treatment. Solutions that our specialists use exceed environmental standards in the cleaning industry.


Will cleaning shorten the life of an item?
Cleaning prolongs an item's life - dirt and soil act as abrasives, causing rapid wear and tear of fibers. Mould and germs are easily attracted to soiled items and therefore causing more damages to the item itself.


How do your specialists remove stain?
We use various solutions for different type of stain and our specialists are experienced with handling them. Stains are carefully analyzed and appropriate solutions are use on each material to reduce the percentage of the stain gradually until it has been removed.


The stain wasn't completely removed! Why?
Some stain can be permanent due to reasons that it had been previously treated unsuccessfully with another product, stained for too long on the material that it has set into permanency or due to oxidation.


Does color restoration on leather last? What do you use?
As long as the leather integrity of your item is intact, our leather finishing ensures that your item will look and feel as good as new. We use finishes that equal the quality used by tanneries for most leathers, and all our leather finishes are certified and specifically designed for each type of delicate leather.


My bags are made up of untreated leather and lamb skin - are your products safe enough to use on these?
We have tested all our products on natural, unfinished leathers. Because of the delicate nature of these leathers, most commercial products will darken and/ or stain the leather. MyBagSpa products, however, have been developed for the purpose of cleaning natural, unfinished leather, and are therefore safe for application and use.
