We'll keep it short and sweet, and not bore you with the technicalities of it all, but if you really are keen, pop into our Spa at The Paramount, Melbourne to have a look-see and even a quick chat with one of our friendly staff!

MyBagSpa only uses experienced professionals in the leather cleaning and restoration industry. The same principle applies to the solutions that we use on all the items that we receive - only the best will do. So much so that MyBagSpa formulates our own solutions.

The first step is always a consultation, to assess the damage and to accurately diagnose any problems that require treatment.

Once we have determined the appropriate therapy, we implement it.

MyBagSpa uses technology that has been developed solely for the purpose of treating bags, and small accessories like shoes and belts, bearing in mind that the materials that have been used in the creation of these items are delicate, and require special attention. MyBagSpa therefore, only uses equipment that has been built to handle these leathers and fabrics with the care that they demand deserve.

All our cleaning processes are deep-cleaning processes. We don't skimp on our solutions, and we don't hold back on our labor. We always aim to make a bag spotless before embarking on a second process, if needed.

All dyes and solutions used on bags are carefully selected and confirmed before application, and protective layers are always coated to maintain the life of each application. Disinfecting processes are then carried out safely.

Finally, MyBagSpa uses a custom-made dryer built to our specific guidelines to remove excess moisture while preserving the optimum levels that each leather product will require!
