MyBagSpa is pleased to offer our services to you by mail - Australia wide!

Ready to send us your bags?

Here's what you need to do:

Download the Service by Mail Form and fill in the fields.
Please ensure that you have listed all products previously used on your item. (This will affect the restoration process if we have been left in the dark.)
Sign the form and include this form when you post your item.
Please do not send us your dustbag and ensure all personal belongings are taken out. Your item will be well packaged when you received them back.
Post it to MyBagSpa, Upper Level Suite 15, 108 Bourke St, Melbourne, VIC 3000, AUSTRALIA.
ALWAYS insure your postage, and provide us with a tracking number by sending an e-mail to: enquiryaustralia@mybagspa.com
When the item arrives, we will personally give you a call to discuss restoration options and provide an exact quote before any work commence.
Upon job completion, you will be informed that the item is being post back to you with a registered post tracking number.

Just like some cost estimates at this stage?

Sure thing, if you would like an estimate of the cost for the service, simply send us an email at enquiryaustralia@mybagspa.com with photos of the bag, including shots of any areas of concern (e.g. stain), detailing the cause of the problem, and what you would like done. Please provide as much detail as you can such as the item Length and Height in Centimetres, the Material, Brand and item Condition in your email.

We will then provide you with an estimated price for the service required.

*please note that all estimates are subject to change and a quote will be provided only upon inspection and assessment of the actual bag.
