Terms & Conditions

The company undertakes to exercise utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weakness of or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing. This applies particularly, but not exclusively, to suede, nubuck and leather. Suede, nubuck & leather materials are susceptible to hazards inherent in the fact that it is derived from animals.

Customers are to be advised that the company will not be responsible for any one of the following mentioned conditions:

  • Heat causes skins to become tender, stiff or brittle
  • Faded skins may remain as it is after color correction
  • Slight changes in shape or top finish may occur
  • Breaks and skin lines are difficult to improve
  • Unevenly matched skins are common and may show differently
  • Heavily soiled linings are difficult to clean satisfactorily
  • Insect bites & scars, which were covered over, will review after a period of time
  • Shrinkage of leather, suede and nubuck is unpredictable
  • Holes or tears due to fabric degradation
  • Badly faded, discoloured, heavily soiled, worn(condition), colour transfer, out of shape(shrinkage), cracks, peel, colour loss due to non-fast colours, colour changes
  • Glue marks, damage to strap, lace, bolo tip, button, buckles, zipper, snap, conches, elastic and ornaments

  1. MyBagSpa will not be responsible for item(s) left over 30 days after collection or for the lost of receipt.
  2. Any claim concerning finished item(s) must be presented with receipt within 7 day from collection.
  3. MyBagSpa liability with respect to any loss/damages to each item shall not exceed 5 times the charge for processing/servicing it.
  4. MyBagSpa shall not be responsible for the following: -Material that is tender, stiff, brittle or faded. - Unevenly matched skins. -Heavily soiled linings due to oxidation, permanent pen marks. -Defects that have been previously repaired/covered. -Holes/ Tears due to fabric degradation. -Glue marks or damage to any part(s) of the item(s).
  5. Additional attention to the customer: -Not all stains/odor may be removed. -Breaks and skin lines are difficult to detect and/or improve. -Unevenly matched skins are common and may show differently. -Heavily soiled linings are difficult to improve. -Shrinkage of leather, suede, nubuck, velour, velvet is unpredictable. –Changes in shape, appearance, color, texture and top finish may occur on all materials.
  6. Decrease in material, variation in color, roughness in texture might occur on processing leather, suede, nubuck, velour, velvet. Dramatically change to its character might occur.
  7. Stains on patent canvas/leather/material might be permanent. Total removal cannot be guaranteed.
  8. Stains can be removed upon customer's request and will be done at his/her own risks.
  9. Customers must inspect all articles upon collection. Any complaints shall be made known at the time of collection as MyBagSpa shall not be responsible for subsequent complaint/s made after the customer & item leave the premise.
  10. The company reserves the rights to amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
  11. MyBagSpa will not be responsible/ liable for theft, fire, flood etc, which occur to customer’s items during our possession in our premises.
  12. MyBagSpa will not be liable for damages to customers items cause by the usage of MyBagSpa products.
  13. No refunds for restoration services, personal dissatisfaction or changes of mind. All work is attempted in good faith in the hope of success. These terms, condition (1-12), services and transaction can be revoke by contacting our store within 12 hours upon signing this agreement.
